14-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for unused, unopened products only. An unopened product must include all stickers, seals, and the original box or case in its original placement and in new condition.

For gently used products, we offer store credit. Please contact our customer support team to discuss the return of gently used items.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us to Initiate Return: Please contact our customer support team at [customer service email] to initiate a return. Our team will provide you with a return form and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Obtain RA Number: The RA number must be written and clearly visible on the original packing slip. Please wait for our customer support team to provide you with the RA number before proceeding.
  3. Return Form: Complete the provided return form and include it in the package along with the returned item.
  4. Return Shipping: We do not issue prepaid return labels. It is highly recommended to choose a traceable carrier for your return to keep track of the shipment. Failure to use a traceable carrier may result in an inability to guarantee a refund.
  5. Confirmation Email: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  6. Refund Process: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  7. Condition of Returned Items: If a product is returned and does not meet the aforementioned conditions, you will be notified. In such cases, the items will be safely discarded, and a refund will not be issued.
